Laser Precision & Digital Layout

Our in-home laser templating process is designed for accuracy and peace of mind. Using the LT-55 XL system, we capture your exact space, detecting bowed walls, uneven cabinets, and potential installation issues before fabrication begins.

What’s included:

In-home laser templating with LT-55 XL
Detection of structural or leveling issues
Clear countertops required for accuracy
Contract signature and deposit
Digital layout with VeinMatch
Visualization of seam placement and vein flow
Final layout approval
Installation date scheduled

Goal : Installation scheduled within 10 days for in-stock materials

Step Three:

CNC Fabrication & Quality Check

With your layout approved, your stone moves into fabrication, where precision meets performance.

What’s included:

CNC cutting using advanced U.S.-made equipment
Seamless transitions and detailed edge work
Precision fabrication based on approved layout
Full quality control check for material and finish
Each piece carted, protected, and prepared for transport

Goal : Selection in 60 minutes or less

Step Four:

White-Glove Installation

On installation day, everything runs by design. Our GPS-tracked crew arrives within your scheduled window, equipped with the tools and care required to protect both your stone and your space.

On-time arrival with GPS-tracked crew
Tools and safety equipment for clean install
Typical 3–4 hour installation for 50 sq. ft. kitchen
Final placement, polish, and finishing touches
Respectful treatment of your home throughout
Walkthrough and final approval
Care instructions and maintenance options
Optional post-install gifts or upgrades

Fast Track Installation

Precision Stone Design’s in-house installation team ensures every project is executed with meticulous care, delivering clean, precise results on schedule. For in-stock materials, installations are typically completed within 10–15 business days, allowing designers, builders, and clients to move from vision to reality with remarkable speed. By combining expert craftsmanship with streamlined processes, the Fast Track service provides efficiency without compromising quality, creating beautiful, functional stone surfaces on an accelerated timeline.
