A natural optimist and born entrepreneur, she’s the chief rainmaker who keeps clients rallying her way and projects landing right on the sweet spot.
Known as the resident passionista, Gina brings big ideas to life through hard work, persistence, and a little topspin of determination. She runs on tea, thrives on momentum, and when she’s not serving up wins at work, she’s probably serving aces on the tennis court.

Tom, our Key Account Manager, is the steady hand behind every large project — detail-driven, thorough, and always making sure deliveries land flawlessly. Rarely seen without his trusty coffee mug, he’s known for listening closely, then crafting smart solutions that keep clients confident and projects on track. He firmly believes there’s a fix for everything — and he’ll find it. Proud dad to three young boys, he brings that same patience and dedication to both work and home life.
When he’s not managing projects, Tom trades timelines for tent lines, heading out to explore the hills and forests of Illinois — coffee still in hand, of course.
Vish Saran
Operations Manager
Meet our Operations Manager — the engine behind the shop floor and the mind behind the precision. He’s happiest hands-on, running machines, fine-tuning production, and finding smarter, faster ways to make everything flow. A skilled CAD programmer, he has a knack for turning even the most challenging stone patterns into stunning, efficient layouts that look as good on screen as they do installed.
Outside of work, he trades fabrication tools for kitchen tools as a budding cook, hits the course as a golf enthusiast, and values quality time with family and friends.
Aatur Patel
General Manager
Meet Aatur Patel, the General Manager who keeps Precision Stone Design running as smoothly as a perfectly polished slab. Analytical, focussed, sharp, and quick witted, he’s the kind of leader who thrives when the pressure’s on and collaboration’s in full swing. Aatur balances teams, clients, and challenges with an almost effortless precision — which is probably why everything (and everyone) stays on track around him.
Off the clock, you’ll find him catching the latest football game, glued to car racing action, or kicking back with friends and a well-earned drink.
Denise Butchko
A&D Trade Channel Manager
Denise Butchko is a natural stone specialist who pairs deep material knowledge with bold design instinct. Trusted by designers, architects, and luxury homeowners, she’s known for understanding not just how stone looks — but how it lives in a space. Strategic, collaborative, and craftsmanship-driven, she believes great design is always intentional. Inspired by the architecture of Chicago, the energy of Lake Michigan, and her loyalty to the Indiana Hoosiers, Denise sees stone not as a surface, but as an experience.
Amanda Bennett
Project Manager
Amanda is a proud mom of three girls — her favorite people in the world — she brings the same passion and care to her work as she does to her family. With a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from IIT, she built her career with a strong focus in kitchen and bath design before expanding more broadly into interior design.
She has years of experience in K&B, giving her a deep understanding of both functionality and detail. Outside of work, she loves antiquing and collecting unique pieces, constantly inspired by craftsmanship, history, and character.
Her design perspective blends technical expertise with an appreciation for timeless, collected interiors.
Jhoanna Martinez
Project Manager
Jhoanna is family-oriented and deeply grounded in her faith, she brings both heart and precision to everything she does while understanding the value of connection, communication, and trust.
Detail-oriented by nature, she believes clear communication is essential to keeping projects on track and ensuring everyone feels confident and informed throughout the process.
Outside of work, she stays active — regularly at the gym and always drawn to the ocean (Hawaii is at the top of her list). She has a unique passion for building with Legos, often getting lost for hours in a single intricate build as a way to de-stress and recharge.
Ariel Canty
Project Manager
Ariel loves working with natural stone because no two projects are ever the same, and her favorite part is getting to know clients and bringing their vision to life — never imposing her own style, always keeping it authentically theirs. Known for her clear communication and thoughtful approach, she guides clients through every step so the process feels easy, organized, and supportive.
Outside of work, she enjoys boating, beach days, snow days, and time with her husky mix, Kai — who’s always ready for winter adventures.
